Terms of Service
Effective: September 30, 2026
1. Managed Platform Engagement
Techinvenso provides a managed business software platform. Unlike generic self-serve software, Techinvenso services include dedicated environment provisioning, historical data migration assistance, policy configuration, administrator training, and ongoing operational support as outlined in your commercial proposal or Order Form.
2. Customer Data Ownership & Confidentiality
Clients retain sole ownership and title to all customer data, employee records, payroll files, and business transactions uploaded or generated within their workspace. Techinvenso treats all customer data as strictly confidential and will not disclose or access data except to provide implementation, support, or as mandated by law.
3. Implementation & Data Migration Scope
Data migration services are executed based on structured customer data provided in CSV or Excel format. Our implementation team executes field mapping, validation dry runs, and reconciliation reports. Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming final migration reconciliations prior to commercial go-live.
4. Subscriptions, Fees & Billing
Fees, user tiers, setup fees, and payment cycles (monthly or annual) are specified in the individual client proposal. Invoices are payable according to the agreed terms. Overages beyond contracted employee or user tiers are billed at the agreed overage rate.
5. Service Availability & Support SLA
We target 99.9% service availability for core production workloads, excluding planned maintenance windows communicated in advance. Support inquiries are routed through the internal Platform Support desk with response targets aligned to the customer's active support tier.
6. Termination & Orderly Data Retrieval
Either party may terminate an agreement in accordance with the terms of the applicable Order Form. Upon termination, Techinvenso will provide the client with access to standard export tooling for a period of thirty (30) days to ensure orderly data transfer without vendor lock-in.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
